We offer a 10–15 day Refund window (for wrong or damaged items only). To initiate a Refund, customers must provide a 360° unboxing video of the parcel clearly showing the issue.
Exchange & Size Issues
- Size exchange is available only on selected products.
- In case of size exchange, Refund courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Exchange/Refund availability is clearly mentioned on the respective product page and is subject to change without prior notice.
Pickup & Self-Shipping
- If pickup service is not available at your location, you must self-ship the parcel to our office address.
- Refund/exchange handling charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
Important Refund Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for Refund or exchange.
- Refund/exchange requests raised after the allowed Refund period will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
- Flat ₹50 shipping fee is applicable on all orders.
- Nationwide delivery available across India.
- Orders placed between Monday to Saturday (IST) are processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability.
- If the product is in stock at our warehouse, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 10–15 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation through the website will not be possible.
